FAQS:

How long will it take to receive my photos and how will we receive them?

All standard sessions have up to a 3 week turnaround time. Elopements have a 6 week turn around time. (All turnaround times exclude Saturday’s, Sunday’s and holidays.) I deliver your gallery privately from my site Pic-Time where you can then download your photos in high resolution as well as purchase products & prints directly from there. Every package that I offer comes with a fully, professionally edited gallery. I personally hand edit each and every photo in your gallery and do not narrow photos down as I believe you should have all of your frozen moments - the silly, the posed, the in-betweens, etc.

Do you offer sneak peeks of the photos?

Due to the high volume of sessions that I do on a day to day basis and the way my work flow is, I unfortunately do not offer sneaks. But I assure you, the wait is so worth it!

Do you deliver the RAW photos?

Respectfully, no. A RAW file would not represent my work as “ARAWfileislossless, meaning it captures uncompressed data from your camera sensor. Sometimes referred to as a digital negative, you can think of a RAW file as the raw “ingredients” of a photo that will need to be processed in order to bring out the picture's full potential.” I put so much of my heart & soul into each and every photo; from the time I capture your special moments to when I personally cull, hand edit & deliver them.

What if I need to reschedule?

Maybe you woke up sick and our session is in a few days, or maybe you just remembered you had a last minute family and/or work event - no matter the reason, life happens and I totally get it! Just shoot me a message and let’s get you rescheduled. There is no fee for rescheduling once. Rescheduling more than once will result in a new deposit due for any future session. Same day cancellations will result in a $50 fee.

*More than 1 reschedule for a session will result in a new retainer fee which can be added into your sessions total*

Do you require a retainer at booking?

I do require a $65 non-refundable deposit at booking for all standard sessions. The remainder is just the day before our session. Same day cancellations will result in a $65 fee. Please note: Your date is not booked until your deposit is paid.Unpaid invoices are void after 24 hours.

For elopements, I require a $100 non-refundable deposit due at booking. The remaining payment is due 1 week prior to your wedding day.

What is your cancellation policy?

I kindly ask for all cancellations to be made at least 72hours prior to our scheduled session - your deposit can then be moved to a future session. Rescheduling more than once will result in a new deposit due for any future session. Same day cancellations will result in loss of retainer.

What if there is inclement weather for our scheduled session?

If you live in South Georgia, you know just how bipolar the weather is. If rain or a storm is in the forecast, we can absolutely 100% reschedule or I can refund you in full, no problem at all. Though I am always down to just roll with the punches. Umbrellas can make for some fun photos, even if it is a little drizzly outside.
