How long will it take to receive my photos and how will we receive them?

All standard sessions have a 2-3 week turnaround time. Elopements & micro weddings have a 4-6 week turn around time. (This excludes Sunday’s and holidays) I deliver your gallery privately from my site Pic-Time where you can then download your photos in high resolution as well as purchase products & prints directly from there.

Do you deliver the RAW photos?

Respectfully, no. A RAW file would not represent my work as “A RAW file is lossless, meaning it captures uncompressed data from your camera sensor. Sometimes referred to as a digital negative, you can think of a RAW file as the raw “ingredients” of a photo that will need to be processed in order to bring out the picture's full potential.” I put so much of my heart & soul into each and every photo; from the time I capture your special moments to when I personally cull, hand edit & deliver them.

What if I need to reschedule?

Maybe you woke up sick and our session is in a few days, or maybe you just remembered you had a last minute family and/or work event - no matter the reason, life happens and I totally get it! Just shoot me a message and let’s get you rescheduled. There is no fee for rescheduling once.

*More than 1 reschedule for a session will result in a $25 fee which can be added into your sessions total*

Do you require a retainer at booking?

I do require a $50 non-refundable deposit at booking for all standard sessions. Should you need to cancel, I kindly ask for a 72 hour heads up - your deposit can then be moved to a future session. Same day cancellations will result in a $50 fee.” Please note: Your date is not booked until your deposit is paid. Unpaid invoices are void after 72 hours.

For weddings, I require a $200 non-refundable deposit due at booking. The remaining payment is due 1 week prior to your wedding day.

What is your cancellation policy?

I kindly ask for all cancellations to be made at least 72 hours prior to our scheduled session - your deposit can then be moved to a future session. Same day cancellations will result in a $50 fee.

What if there is inclement weather for our scheduled session?

If you live in South Georgia, you know just how bipolar the weather is. If rain or a storm is in the forecast, we can absolutely 100% reschedule or I can refund you in full, no problem at all. Though I am always down to just roll with the punches. Umbrellas can make for some fun photos, even if it is a little drizzly outside.
